Are you eligible?
- You are eligible if you are a UB alum who graduated between January 1998 and April 2009.
- You are eligilbe once you have registered on UB Connect, the online community exclusively for UB alumni. Not registered? Click here.
- You are eligible if you graduated in May 2009 or after, but you have a different opt-in form. Please click here.
- If you are an alumnus employed by UB or if you are currently registered as a student, you are not eligible for a UB email account powered by Google.

Activate your UB email account powered by Google
- Register on UB Connect. Not registered? Click here.
- You will also need your UBIT name and person number. If you do not know them, submit this request.
- Complete this opt-in form with all required information.
- Allow one to five business days for your account to be activated.
- If you know your UB email password, login (it may take a day or two before you can login) and begin using your UB email account powered by Google.
- If you do not know your UB password, call the UB CIT Helpdesk after you have opted-in for password reset assistance, at 716-645-3542.
