Greetings from the greater New York City area, home to the largest concentration of UB alumni outside of Western New York!

The objectives of the NYC alumni chapter are to:

• Meet and learn from each other, and link alumni back to today’s UB environment.

• Host relevant and meaningful events.  Past events have included:

  • Wings Nites
  • Viewing parties for UB athletics at local bars and restaurants
  • Tailgate parties before local UB games
  • Talks and tours led by UB alumni and faculty
  • Major NYC cultural events featuring UB faculty and students
  • Career networking events for all ages and career levels.

• Using free media and other forms of free marketing, increase awareness of our chapter to showcase the involvement of our great people in the greatest city in the world.  For instance, have you seen the NYC Discussion Group?
