Why don’t I get correspondence or e-mail from UB?

Our records may indicate that you requested not to receive any communication from UB, or we may have outdated contact information for you. If you would like to start receiving information from UB, simply contact us. When you do so, you will also be able to register on UB Connect, the online community exclusively for UB alumni.

I have new contact information and would like to update it with UB.

Whenever you have a change to your contact information (home or email address, job title, phone number, work address, etc.) you may make those updates at any time via UB Connect, the online community exclusively for UB alumni. All you have to do is register (it’s free), find your profile and make any changes necessary. Or, you may contact us and we will be happy to update your record for you.

I do not wish to receive any communication from UB.

Simply contact the alumni office and we will update our records. Two important notes: 1.) There may be a brief delay until the change goes into effect, and during the interim you may receive information from the alumni office. 2.) We can guarantee that you will not receive information only from the alumni office; other UB entities may continue to contact you.

I want to register on UB Connect, but I can’t find my name in the search results.

Search for your name using last name and first initial only. If your name has changed since you graduated, try searching by your student last name. If you still have trouble, contact us.
