Football

  • Broke seven UB football records for pass receptions during his career; three still stand at the time of his Hall of Fame induction; game TD receptions (4), single season TDs (10 tie) and career TDs (19 tie)

  • He was 14th in receptions (56) in NCAA Division III competition of the NCAA in 1983 and also was UB's leading receiver (48) the following season as a co-captain.

  • Named a Division III third-team All-American following his junior year with 56 catches, 929 yards and 10 TDs and was also first team All-Upstate New York two straight seasons.

  • Through the 2000 season, only one player gained more yardage on career receptions; also, he is fifth all time in career all-purpose yards.
