Dinner for 12 Strangers

What is Dinner for 12 Strangers? David & Nancy Dispenza
Based on a simple idea, the program involves local alumni who open up their homes to students, faculty and fellow alumni for small dinner parties or host the meal on campus or at a local restaurant.

Though having dinner with twelve people you don't know may sound a bit unappetizing, "Dinner for 12 Strangers" is a program that connects current UB students with alumni and faculty, adds a personal touch to the UB experience for today's students and makes UB a smaller, friendlier place for everyone that participates.

It's not only a meal
In addition to an evening of good food, good conversation and UB camaraderie in a warm, friendly environment, this is an excellent opportunity for students to network with UB alumni, find out about life after college, and interact with professors and other students outside the classroom. It also offers a chance for students to get a feel for the extended UB family, and to see how they can stay involved and connected with UB after they graduate.
